Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Membership Manager to join our team at Rive Gauche Club. As the Membership Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of membership acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth, fostering member engagement, and ensuring that our club maintains its reputation as a premier destination for discerning individuals.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct interviews with potential members to assess their suitability for club membership, aligning their interests and expectations with the club's offerings and values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective members, providing personalized assistance and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities aimed at increasing membership sales and awareness.
  • Plan and execute events, networking opportunities, and special initiatives to enhance member engagement and foster a sense of community within the club.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage member profiles, track interactions, and analyze membership data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular assessments of membership satisfaction levels and implement strategies to address any issues or gaps in service delivery.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for club management, detailing membership metrics, event outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in membership sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role within the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
