Delivery Times & Charges

Rive Gauche Club's uses DHL express service or UPS Express Saver with signature required at delivery for all online orders.

Shipping within the UK is free of charge.

For US delivery, a $15 fee is applicable.

For EU delivery and International destinations incurs a fee of $15/€20.

Please refer to the estimated delivery times below:

  • UK: 1-4 business days
  • EU: 2-5 business days
  • US: 2-5 business days
  • China: 2-5 business days
  • Australia: 2-5 business days
  • Rest of the world: 2-7 business days

However, please note that your order may incur additional charges upon import clearance at the country of destination. Customers outside the UK are responsible for paying local duties and taxes, which are not included in the final purchase price.

Please be aware that Rive Gauche Club is not liable for local taxes and duties and cannot declare a different value when shipping your order. Requests to avoid paying local duties and taxes are considered illegal and will not be entertained.

Returns Policy

Ensuring your satisfaction is important to us at Rive Gauche Club.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you have the option to return it within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, simply email us directly at info@rivegaucheclub.com. Our dedicated team will promptly respond and confirm your requested return date. Please ensure that the item is returned to our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Upon receipt, all goods will undergo inspection by our Customer Service team. If any item is deemed unsuitable, you will be contacted for further assistance.

Here are the steps to return your item:

  • Log into your account located in the top right corner of the page.
  • Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate your return request.
  • You will receive a return ID number on-screen and via email.
  • On the enclosed invoice, indicate the items you are returning.
  • Enter your return ID on the returns form.
  • If you checked out as a guest, please contact our Customer Service team to request a return.

Return shipments are charged at the following rates:

  • United Kingdom: Free of charge
  • European Union: €10
  • United States: Free of charge
  • International: $20

Please note that returns containing more than two items may incur an additional charge based on shipment weight.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect and process the goods within 1-2 business days to expedite your return or exchange process. Once processed, you will receive an email confirming the action taken. Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds for card payments may take 5-10 working days to reflect in your account, while PayPal refunds should appear immediately.
